ArmyPayChart.com publishes U.S. military pay information for reference and educational use. This includes basic pay charts for enlisted personnel, commissioned officers, warrant officers, and officers with prior enlisted service, plus information on Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS), Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), and a browser-side pay estimator. All pay data is taken from publicly available Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) tables.

No Affiliation with Government

Important: ArmyPayChart.com is an independent reference site. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the United States Government, the Department of Defense, DFAS, or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. References to official sources do not imply endorsement.

Informational Purpose Only

Content on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not:

• Official military pay guidance
• Legal, tax, financial, or career advice
• A substitute for your Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or guidance from your finance office

We make a reasonable effort to publish accurate figures from current DFAS tables, but rates and regulations change. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify pay information with official DFAS sources or your servicing finance office before relying on it for any decision.

Pay Calculator

The pay calculator on the Site:

• Is an estimation tool only and uses representative basic pay tables
• Operates locally in your browser; inputs are not transmitted to our servers
• Does not include BAH (which varies by ZIP code and dependency status), special pays, incentive pays, bonuses, or deductions
• Should not be used for official financial planning without verification

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (other than U.S. Government data) — including text, layout, design, graphics, code, and logos — are owned by ArmyPayChart.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

U.S. Government Data

Pay tables and other information sourced from DFAS, the Department of Defense, and other U.S. Government publications are in the public domain. We claim no ownership over the underlying government data, only over our presentation, organization, commentary, and supplementary explanations.

Permitted Use

• Access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference
• Share links to pages on the Site
• Use the calculator for personal estimation
• Quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the Site

Prohibited Use

You may not:
